Who should I see about blepharitis and irritation from contacts? - blepharitis more condition_treatment
I intend to see an eye doctor for some minor issues and a routine and the new regulation. I had a constant problem, possibly with blepharitis and small bumps on the eyelids. Should I start with an optometrist or ophthalmologist to learn more about it?
The last time I went to the ophthalmologist who did not help me solve my problem of irritation on contact. But perhaps just better quality. I'm not sure, then I would just like to one or the other, not both.

I have inflammation of the conjunctiva (conjunctivitis), there are about 3 years, but never seemed to disappear completely. Turns out, I had blepharitis (said both eyes) and the doctor, he never goes far and would "cleanse the eyelids" every day forever. I thought I was crazy. J I tried to work the baby shampoo with Q-tips, even Occusoft not bought one of them.
Then I was in the area of eco My Sister's Place was crazy and wash your face so weird smells, but I needed to wash my face. I woke up the next morning and opened my eyes, without feeling like they had sand for the first time in 2 years.
It's called Face Wash thoroughly cleaned (Organic Tea Tree Oil and Awapuhi) and is performed by Desert Essence. You can get it here at Trader Joe's or online.
I've used for over a year and the outbreak because if I run again and had regular soap. My eyes are red and my contact lenses.
Try it! and good luck!
If you have blepharitis, you should not wear contact lenses. You probably will not make serious damage to eyes, contacts and the glasses back until it can be seen through a opthomologist. Call now and ask your reference to a document opthomologist soon as possible. For now you can synchronize your contacts and glasses before premanent damage or wear contact lenses again.

It is true that meet Opticians non-medical conditions. Do not do eye surgery, but eye doctors are licensed in 50 states in order to prescribe medication. Blepharitis is easily treated with the law ophthalmologist.
Of course, not all optometrists have the same education and experience. I want to find a member of the American Academy of Optometry: http://www.aaopt.org

Ophthalmologist is a doctor - an optometrist. Blepharitis is a medical condition, it would in all probability, the eye doctor for help and other questions you have. You do not really need an eye doctor for everything, if you need glasses, and has a vision plan, if you can get a discount. Otherwise, I stayed there.
I suffer the same problem and my doctor sent me to always see the eye doctor in local hospital.

In general, I agree with the ophthalmologist, but in this case, I would like to see an optician. I would like an appointment with the ophthalmologist to make the first contact lenses prescribed.
The eye doctors are concerned about diseases of the eye, but particularly for contact with associated irritation, eye doctors are more patient and more concerned about these issues.
The adjustment of the lenses may need to be reviewed, do not have the most eye doctors check to see if, and I've only seen the cover GPC control over a few times.
For now, most people have and manage Blepheritis washing the eyelids with baby shampoo, 4 times per day.

Ophthalmologist is not known medical problems such as blepharitis and contact irritation.they refers to the order only for visual aids for you.
An eye doctor is the best person I can see.you can even consult with your doctor and he / she can really help.
Ophthalmologist.
