I have a friend who was in his language. It leaves in boiling water 15 minutes or less. In addition, rinse your mouth with salt water.

This is not something to recommend that dentists and people in the dental field as the comment about that. Piercing the tongue can harm the teeth and may also cause oral infections. No punishment.
